By using Fall you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to use the Service. You are responsible for your account, password, license keys, devices, and any activity under your account. Do not share cookies, one-time codes, license keys, or device credentials.

2. License and access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fall on your own device for personal use. Free access may require a short verification step. Paid plans, if offered, unlock extra features for a set period. Keys are single-use, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

3. Official sources and downloads

The installer is distributed from this site’s Download page. Accessing it may require completing a short verification step with an approved partner (such as Work.ink or LootLabs). Download tokens are single-use. Bypassing, sharing, or reselling them is not permitted. By clicking Download for Windows, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for fake domains, cracked builds, unofficial sellers, or third-party scam offers. Get Fall only from this official site.

4. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, crack, reverse engineer, or modify Fall.
• Use Fall for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
• Bypass licensing, device limits, security controls, or account protections.
• Share account access, keys, session cookies, or one-time codes.
• Paste code into the browser developer console when someone asks you to. This is a common Self-XSS scam.
• Use Fall in a way that violates third-party platform rules or rights.

5. Refunds

Free access has no cash value and may not be sold or traded. If a paid plan is purchased through a listed reseller, billing and refunds are handled by that reseller. Digital access is generally final once redeemed. If a technical issue prevented access, contact support through Discord.

6. Updates, suspension, and termination

We may update, pause, suspend, or discontinue parts of Fall at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, abused licensing, attempted fraud, created a security risk, or harmed other users.

7. Privacy and cookies

The Privacy Policy explains how Fall processes account, device, Discord, support, request, and security data. We use essential storage for preferences and login. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on this site.

8. No affiliation

Fall is an independent software product. References to Roblox, Discord, Work.ink, LootLabs, or other trademarks do not mean Fall is affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorized by those third parties. Fall is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

9. Warranty and liability

Fall is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility, or error-free use, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Regional rights

These Terms are intended to apply globally. Some regions give users non-waivable consumer or privacy rights. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Questions can be sent through Discord or the account page.

12. Account bans and assumption of risk

You use Fall entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any action taken against your Roblox or other third-party accounts, including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans, that may result from using Fall. We strongly recommend using an alternate account rather than your main account.
